My card for this weeks Meljen's Design Team was to incorporate the anchor away image and to use lace or ribbon. I've got to tell you, I just couldn't get my head around this type of image with ribbon or lace, so after stewing about it all day I settled for an underwater scene where I could use twisted grosgrain ribbon as a sea foliage embellishment. I'm not claiming the rope twine is ribbon or lace. Even though I used a very small anchor image, I figured I'd be forgiven by using Meljen's Ocean Floor image too. I cut the underwater image out so I could use this great looking designer background paper. Then I added some punched foliage in purple and peach & gold colors to use as coral along with a few broken pieces of seashell. The image was colored with Copics.

Matted Image was mounted on foam tape
