St Patty's Day

Regardless of ones heritage, on St Patrick’s Day everyone is Irish. For me, St Patrick’s Day brings good things to mind, like Corned Beef and Cabbage, Green Beer and Leprechauns. 

       This weeks 'Ways to use it' challenge over on SplitCoast was to create a card centered around playing, or some sort of play, ie: games etc. The first thing that came to mind was playing music and I immediately thought of this Leprechaun image. Here my favorite sprite is playing his flute.  He is a free color book image downloaded from the internet.  HE CAN BE FOUND HERE:

Someone asked me about the paper I used but I most often use either scrap from my stash or a pattern so old it is no longer available which is the case here.  The plaid is by Paper Pizazz, but I bought it about three years ago.  The two shamrock stamps are by Hero Arts, and Rubber Soul.  I went over the flute, shoe and hat buckles with a glittery Spica pen.   This image was stamped twice, colored, and layered on dimensionals.  The card was finished with brass brads and ribbon.
